As such, Cosmosoft takes every precaution, in view of the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing operation, to protect the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent the data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties (physical protection of premises, authentication procedures with personal secure access using confidential user names and passwords, connection logging, the encryption of certain information, etc.).

We remind you, however, that you are responsible for the personal data that you transmit to Cosmosoft and that, as such, you contribute to the protection of your personal data by complying with good practice in the use of your IT tools.

You are advised that, without adequate security measures (e.g. secure configuration of your web browser, updated antivirus software, firewalls, avoiding the use of software from suspicious sources, etc.), you run the risk that the data and passwords you use to protect your data may be disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
